Don A DEB HOLLANDE/ TROUPES FOISES (black) and DÉB HOLLANDE TROUPES Foises (red), both at reverse of a letter (preprinted le Ministre de la Guerre) from Paris le 11 Floreal an 8 (1 May 1800) to Goetz Zelande (Goes Zeeland), (probably) over the French army in the Hague forwarded to Rouan, Don A from Goes (the only known) and DÉB HOLLANDE from the Hague (5 known), a unique letter! Very fine
