1 anna, setting 27, 2nd state, error of colour emerald green in block of 16 (8x2) with an unrecorded negative cancel, inscribed SHRI/ KUMARI/ CHOWK/ NEPAL PHAT/60 (Dr. Hellrigl supposed this cancel could be a control cancel, rather than a telegraph cancel), upside partly narrow margins, otherwise very fine
