Chita issue 7 kopeks light blue in imperforate pair and Russia 4 kopeks red on reverse of registered cover from Blagoveshchensk 1-12-1921 to Kiev, fine (vertical crease and label damaged) and signed Mikulski. 1-12-1921 is probably the earliest known date of usage of the Chita issue!
