Abraham Lincoln 5 cents blue perforated 12 horizontally, very fine mounted mint with 1991 Philatelic Foundation certificate (for pair), cat.v. $ 5750. Regular sheets of 400 were printed, then perforated in only one direction and then cut into strips of 20. These strips were hand pasted together to form rolls. As such, they are almost always strongly centered to one side.
