Auction 256 march 2023
Our 256th auction entails extensive collections and stocks of Netherlands and colonies, the first part of the impressive C. Avezaat collection (single frankings and first day covers) and the second part of the P. van Alteren collection (Dutch numeral cancellations). In addition we offer better lots foreign countries (especially French colonies), coins and picture postcards.
10 cent Wilhelmina (stempel Paramaribo) en 7½ cent-1 gulden Zal herrijzen (stempel Commewijne 5.9.41) op aangetekende envelop met rivierboot aantekenstrook (Commewijne), in Paramaribo van volgende R-strook voorzien en op 6.9.41 per luchtpost via San Francisco, per PANAM FAM 14 naar Singapore en per KNILM naar Batavia naar Djokjakarta, aankomst 24.9.41, juist fl.1,32½ tarief (7½+15+110 luchtrecht), censuurstroken en stempels.
