Auction 256 march 2023
Our 256th auction entails extensive collections and stocks of Netherlands and colonies, the first part of the impressive C. Avezaat collection (single frankings and first day covers) and the second part of the P. van Alteren collection (Dutch numeral cancellations). In addition we offer better lots foreign countries (especially French colonies), coins and picture postcards.
1850/1995 neatly decribed collections with a large number of stamps mostly */** material including Brazil with better items (classics), sets and Back of the Book. Argentina, many topical sets and miniature sheets. Venezuela (partly used) with many better topical sets, local arms, airmail and miniature sheets. Nicaragua about 115 miniature sheets (incl. UPU 1980), Cuba mostly topical sets, Nicaragua with better airmail (1932) set..etc. in 8 stockbooks/albums
