For Netherlands collectors and dealers this sale features the 2nd part of Dutch collector C. Avezaat (Netherlands and Colonies single frankings and fdc's). Napier and result lists in English with exchange rates. Privately hardbound in 3 leather volumes with some minor staining but on average in very fine condition. Only a small number of complete runs have survived; a key item for every serious reference collection!
