Postcard Skanderbeg 10 qind red from Vlone 21-12-1913 to Breda (Netherlands) and forwarded to The Hague, fine/very fine. This card was written by General de Veer, commander of the Dutch ICC mission, and sent to a retired colleague. In the contents a.o. (translated from the Dutch language): "I am very busy with taking measures to keep the south of Albania peaceful; Whether this will be successful, will depend on the Greeks, who are constantly causing trouble in this region."
