1896, first issue 10 Pa, 20 Pa and 1 Pia on Romanian stamps for a postal Agency in the harbour of Constantinople on philatelic cover, fine clear strike "POSTA ROMANA COSPOLI 20 APR 896". The turkish inscription in the mark means "Available by Roumanian Steam-ship only". Sent to PLOESTI, arrival at reverse, very fine
