1898 : Combination cover from Tientsin to USA franked by China 10c. deep green cancelled by " Pa Kua " in black with faint Tientsin Dollar chop adjacent (May 8). Reverse with Shanghai Dollar Chop in black, transferred to British P.O. and Hong Kong 5c. blue (SG 35) pair tied by "Shanghai " cds's (May 12). Thence via Yokohama to Philadelphia. An very attractive cover.
