Registered wrapper Romanov 2 kopeks green additionally franked with Coat of Arms 2 kopeks green and 10 kopeks blue (4x  including pair) from Vladivostok 23-3-1922 via London to Suresnes (France) with written Via America, fine/very fine (wrapper vertical crease) Extremely rare, probably only a few used examples of this wrapper in existence!
