I.C.C. Dutch Mission. Registered cover with a declared value of 350 francs from Tepelene 30-5-1914 via the Austrian Post Office at Vlone 11-6-1914 (stamps on reverse) to The Hague, fine (some minor faults). The letter was written by Major de Groot, a member of the mission.
