50 kopeks red perforated in vertical pair together with Russia 50 kopeks brown lilac and green (strip of 3 and pair) and 1 ruble brown and orange imperforate (3x) on reverse of registered cover from Irkutsk 8-12-1919 via San Francisco to the American Red Cross in New York City with an extra fee of 3,50 rubles (handstamped and written on front), fine/very fine (some wrinkles) The letter was written by the shortlived White Siberian Govenment "The Troektoriya" who served as a buffer between the Red and White Governments.
