Our 257th sale features an impressive Bosnia collection (the D.M. van Gelderen collection including proofs and many variaties). For Netherlands collectors and dealers this sale features the 2nd part of Dutch collector C. Avezaat (Netherlands and Colonies single frankings and fdc's). The Royal Philatelic Collection by Sir J. Wilson (London, 1952), the deluxe boxed version signed by editor Clarence Winchester in very fine condition (box shows traces of wear) including original plastic protection and its rare prospectus. Famous in philatelic literature for its very high quality paper, its high quality images (52 black & white plates +12 lithograph colour plates). A key item for every advanced philatelic library.
