5 cent blauw plaat VI pos. 37 op dik papier op vouwbrief van Arnhem 18-3-1863 naar Vlissingen. Militair tarief! Fraai ex. (zegel boven net aangesneden, brief enkele vouwtjes) met certificaat Vleeming 2023. Militairen met een rang lager dan officier mochten hun post tegen een gereduceerd tarief van 5 cent versturen. Dergelijke brieven zijn zeldzaam, het Corinphila archief meldt er 11!
