1874 (July/13), Cover bearing QV 3 d. brown and 6 d. yellow-green tied by ROCKHAMPTON QUEENSLAND d.s. at correct 9 d. shipmail rate (1 1/2 oz.) to Scotland with arrival mark on reverse, two folds and bend through the stamps, still fine
Printed by Thomas Ham 1863, 6 d. bright apple-green and a horizontal pair of 2 d. blue, no wmk., rough perf. 13, used on attractive 1864 cover to Isle of Arran / Scotland endorsed 'via Marseilles', from WARWICK clear cancelled in black “18”. Reverse with transit cds LIVERPOOL 17/FEBR/65 in black, part of flap missing, fine
1853, PORT ADELAIDE SOUTH AUSTRALIA AU/27/1853 c.d.s. on envelope with 1/- rate and 6 d. registration ms. “per first ship” to Leith. On reverse 27/Dec. Edinburgh arrival handstamp applied, tiny flaw and crease. Fine postal history to Scotland on exhibition page
