1890 (20 feb) 1d. carmine on cover from Muzimnene (the name of the stream adjacent to Bremersdorp township) to M'Dimba, cancelled by manuscript Muzimnene 20-2-90 and with Embekelweni cds (21-2) at right, a remarkable cover sent at the correct local rate, of being one of only two such manuscript cancellations on cover recorded (see Van der Molen pp. 27 and 34) with BPA certificate 1989 - a very rare cover - flap reverse roughly opened mentioned for accuracy only, Provenance: T.V.
