Auction 256 March 2023
Our 256th auction entails extensive collections and stocks of Netherlands and colonies, the first part of the impressive C. Avezaat collection (single frankings and first day covers) and the second part of the P. van Alteren collection (Dutch numeral cancellations). In addition we offer better lots foreign countries (especially French colonies), coins and picture postcards.

1858/1988 very fine and extensive collection used and from 1903 mainly */** including classics (some reprints), many better sets and miniature sheets (5th anniv. King Karls II, Balkan Olympics, Pro Patria 1940, Folk sport, Apararea Patriotica, OSP'48 etc.), imperf sets and miniature sheets, private issues, airmail and back of the book in 6 Kabe albums in box
1865/1973 collected both used and */** , nicely arranged with many better items (some forgeries), miniature sheets, occupied zones and Back of the Book. The older stamps are partly specialised on perfs., watermarks and some varieties in 3 Schaubek albums and stockbook
1903/1925, specialised collection used and */** with perforations, shades, watermarks, some varieties, officials (a.o. Mi. nrs. I-XI), postage due, German occupation WW I etc. in 2 stockbooks
1948-1972 collection used with better items including miniature sheets, imperf sets etc. in 2 KaBe albums
1920/1960 collection mostly */** with many better sets in box
1919c/1950 selection of mosty better used stamps and sets in stockbook
