Die Proof of the unissued 1 cent Postal Card, the so called "Full Face McKinley"  with handstamped SPECIMEN - Not good for postage, fresh and very fine (2 light wrinkles at top left). This design was rejected by the widow of the assasinated President; she preferred a design with the head of her late husband in profile.
