RAF Far East cruise 1934 envelope carried on flying boat S1043 from Kuching to Singapore on 8 October, it was then flown from Singapore to Amsterdam by KLM aircraft " HAVIK " leaving Singapore on 10 October and at Amsterdam on 20 October from were it was flown to London franked at 55 cents (totally 13 stamps !), a fine colourful cover with some small creases on righthand side

Registered Air Mail envelope flown in 1935 by Airship Graf Zeppelin to Brazil. The cover left Seychelles (July 17) by sea (SS Ellora) to Mombasa thence by air on Imperial Airways from Nairobi to Croydon (arriving July 28), onwards by Lufthansa to Berlin, then to Stuttgart and by Lufthansa-Condor "Schwabenland/Westfalen" double catapult flight no L.95 of August 1 to Pernambuco via Natal, arriving August 4. On reverse cds Mombasa, Nairobi, Berlin and Pernambuco. A very rare cover (1 of 2 covers from Seychelles flown on this service)

Indian ocean survey flight, Catalina flying boat GUBA 2 was the first civil aeroplane to arrive on Seychelles. This cover was send from Hollandia (Dutch New Guinea) 11-5-1939 to Rose Bay N.S.W. Australia on 3-6 routing Port Hedland/Batavia/Cocos Islands/Diego Garcia/Seychelles/Mombasa were it arrived on 21-6, it returned to the USA via West Africa and Brazil, arriving Los Angeles on 17-8. The cover attracted adhesives and courtesy cancellations, on reverse Cocos cds 12-6-1939, the cover is signed by the navigator Yancey and the radio operator Booth. A very colourful cover!

Indian ocean survey flight. Catalina flying boat GUBA 2. One of very few genuinely commercial covers flown. It left Victoria on 17-6-1939, arriving Kisumu, there it attracted a K.U.T. 20 cents adhesive (cancelled on 23-6) to prepay the Empire Air Mail "All-Up" rate to India, it arrived in Karachi on 27-6, to finally arrive in Ahmedabad on 28-6-1939.

Giant Tortoise 12 cents reddish violet on envelope. Between 22 March 1938 and 3 Sept 1939, the EAMS air mail rate was 12 cents for a letter not exceeding 15 grams. This cover went by sea from La Digue Island to Mahé, then by sea to Mombasa. This cover probably left there on 27 Jan. carried by the Flying boat "Ceres" arriving in Southampton on 31 Jan. 1939. On reverse Victoria cds Ja 21, back flap missing, rare! 1 of only 3 covers recorded at this - correct - rate

First recorded incoming Air Mail cover November 1926. 8 years before airmail rates were introduced in Seychelles, this cover was flown on USA Contract Air Mail (CAM) from Norfolk (9 October) via Washington to Philadelphia from there it went by land and sea arriving in Seychelles (16 November) from Bombay carried by the SS Karagola, very fine cover
