Victor Emanuel II ½ grana brown, 2 grana blue (2x) and 5 grana carmine on cover from Naples 28-7-1861 to Malta. 9½ grana (40 centesimi) is the basic rate for letters to Malta carried by British ships. Fine with 2019 Helmuth Avi certificate: Genuine with genuine cancellations, the ½ grana and one 2 grana are short at top, the second 2 grana is greased and the rare letter is in good condition.
