DEBOURSÉ/ ARM. SAMBRE ET MEUSE in black (see PEP 2 p. 405) on reverse of a letter (preprinted Section de la Reunion) from Bethune (hardly visible) 17.8bre 1796 to Général Moreau a Bois le Duc, 's-Hertogenbosch was captured by the French on 9 October and general Moreau already moved on to Limburg, this letter was forwarded to him with the déboursé handstamp from 's-Hertogenbosch, probably the only one known with this handstamp in the Netherlands, rare and fine/very fine
